I am a Ph.D. student at the Department of City and Regional Planning and the Global Metropolitan Studies Designated Emphasis program at at University of California, Berkeley.
I am also a Graduate Student Researcher at the Urban Displacement Project, Hildebrand Research Fellow at the Berkeley Canadian Studies Program, and Doctoral Fellow at the Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies.
My interests broadly lie at the intersection of housing policy and neighborhood planning in promoting more equitable and socially just urban and community development, particularly for immigrants and low-income and minority households. I aim to integrate quantitative/computational methods with qualitative methods in my research to improve our understanding of cities and space.
